Add a Service

Follow these instructions to add a service

‍Press the + button and add a few pieces of info.

Required:

1. Service Name: Enter the name of the service.
2. Description: Describe your service. This will appear in your service catalog and on your website
3. Service Image: add an image that best represents your service.
4. Charge for this Service: If you want to charge for a service turn this on.

• If you haven't yet you will need to signup for or login into stripe (the payment provider)

5. Pricing option: A single service can support many pricing models. For example, you can sell a one-off service and/or provide a weekly subscription that is charged each month.

• One time: Services that need to be billed only once. You will need to give the price a nickname, set the price and the desired currency for the service.‍
• Recurring (Subscription): Services that your customer is billed for automatically on a regular schedule; either monthly, quarterly, or annually. You will need to give the price a nickname, set the price, select the billing frequency (monthly, quarterly, or yearly) and the desired currency.
  

6. Categories: Add categories for sorting and grouping on your site.
7. Add Availability: Add the duration of the service (hours or minutes) and then the days and hours it is available to be booked.
8. Assigned Team: select who can offer this service.
9. Locations: where you will deliver this service to the customer. Options included your business address or the address of the customer's choice (i.e. their home or office).

Advanced Options (Optional) :

10. Display Options: Add a short tagline to the service and upload extra image
11. Session Options:

• Auto-Confirm: When this field is set to off, you will need to confirm or accept all booking notifications manually. When this field is set to on, the booking is automatically accepted, and a confirmation is sent to the client.
• Custom Time Window: When this is set to on your clients can request specific start times for the service.
• Prep Time/Wrap Time: Allows you to block off time before or after every service appointment

13. Schedule Horizon: Set how far out do you want clients to be able to book you
14.Booking Restrictions: Set up specific rules around your service

• Quantity (max): Does the service include multiple appointments
• Geography: Set rules for what territories your service is available
• Frequency: If your service includes multiple appointments, how often can they be used (weekly, monthly, quarterly, yearly)

15. Delivery Options: Is your service delivered in person or online. If online set up how your clients will meet with you
16. Uploaded Files: The Uploaded files are available to anyone viewing the service, even if they have yet to purchase it.
17. Your Links: If you want your clients to go to some other website after they booked your service  

Hit Save and you are done!

Remember: After adding a service, rebuild your microsite to see the changes.
